Esco Beauties
A beauty pageant is a competition that has traditionally focused on the physical beauty of its contestants, although such contests have evolved to also incorporate personality, intelligence, talent, and answers to judges questions as judged criteria. The phrase almost invariably refers only to contests for women and girls.
Annual Game, Bintan, Indonesia – held annually to commemorate Indonesia’s independence day which falls in August. Annual Games this time was conducted in June-July, where the participants of beauty pageant representative factories located in Bintan Industrial Estate, Bintan, Indonesia. Esco as one of the companies in Bintan Industrial Estate, participates in this event.

Putri Kartini Nights 2015
Raden Ayu Kartini or more well known as Raden Ajeng Kartini was a prominent Javanese and an Indonesian national heroine. She was the first Indonesian feminist and considered as national heroine because she issued up about women’s right for Indonesians.
People in Indonesia celebrate the April 21st as Kartini’s Day. And so does with people in Bintan, have a peek here.
We celebrated Kartini’s Day 2015 by joining Putri Kartini’s Competition for Bintan Industrial Estate Region. The event was held for 2 days, on May 23rdand May 24th by Bintan Industrial Estate Comittee. The first day was the selection session from all the contestants. Total contestants that joined the event were 24 women. While on May 24th was the final session. There were only 10 selected women and they tried their best to be a Putri Kartini.
Esco also sent some representatives on this event and one of the representative could enter the final session.
Siti Siahaan was one of the representative from Esco that got a thropy from this event as the third contender.
