ESCO ACADEMY – Welcoming new Hires!
What is more fun and enduring than an out staycation at our Saga Villa Hotel? On 20 – 21 August 2022, PT. Esco Bintan Indonesia launches its very first welcoming retreat, Esco Academy, to our new employees at Saga Villa Hotel, located in Jalan Manggar, north Bintan Island.
Esco Academy brought motivational and inspirational lessons about working environments to our new employees. Our highlighted values IVIP – Integrity, Esco Values ACCCGI (Attitude, Communication, Competence, Commitment, Growth, Innovation), Intelligence and Passion were also introduced to our new hires. Esco Academy brought forth many fun and valuable activities to its participants such as Discussion, games, Dinner together, playing cards, and even a fun Karaoke. Participants of this event came from various departments starting from the Global Operations office, Purchasers, and even from our Security team.
Esco Academy will be given to every new Esco employee every month, hoping it will light up their passion, motivation and of course welcome them to our team!
