REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Previous experience managing field service personnel in a manufacturing environment of installed products
- Demonstrated organization and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface with all levels of management and service providers
- Demonstrated customer-oriented attitude and successful customer service track record
- Cross-functional knowledge of engineering, service and support functions
- Ability to process information and analyze to make appropriate recommendations
- Excellent spoken and written English

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Tasks
- To handle after-sales support from customer including complaints, feedbacks and suggestions
- To do corrective and preventive action to the internal team for the issues found especially through report from customer
- To help customers in getting the correct spare parts for ordering
- To help customers in giving technical information/procedure
- To help in deciding the replacement item / unit based on problems encountered
- To help in making Service Technical Bulletin for the announcement to customers about technical changes
- To help review recommended spare parts list for each unit model and ensure it is correct before pricelist is generated
- To tabulate issues and record the data
- To analyze field issues trends and implement corrective actions necessary
