REQUIREMENTS

• Age range: max. 30 years
• Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline (preferably business administration / Lifesciences)
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Excellent in working with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Hard working, adaptable, and can work independently or as a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate between Sales, Marketing & Service Team
• Receive and process purchase order from salesperson
• Prepare price quotation
• Preparing reports of sales related activities
• Follow up & communicate with clients over email & phone
• Delegating tasks to appropriate team members
• Create, maintain, and prepare a report of the customer database
• Produce and proactively manage customer-specific reports
• Manage and updates sales pipeline through a CRM software
• Organizing weekly meetings & follow up the pipeline with salespersons
• Keep knowledge about the prospective orders and continuously push the salesperson until materialized
• Keep knowledge of stocks in warehouse and forecast for unit that need to be in stock
• Provide information about company products and services. 
• Attend customers in the office when needed
