REQUIREMENTS
- Age range: max. 30 years
- Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline (preferably business administration / Lifesciences)
- Minimum 1 year experience in shipping/supply chain management is an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Excellent in working with MS Excel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Hard working, adaptable, and can work independently or as a team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and follow up payment status
- Coordinate with clients and salespersons in managing delivery of goods
- In contact with logistic provider to support delivery
- Maintain customer information database
- Keep knowledge of warehouse stocks and manage which goods to be delivered
- Assist to prepare sales report
- Maintain and push salesperson for monthly sales target realization
