REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences and a related field (Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, minimum in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in graphic design and content creation is a plus

Job Overview:

A product Specialist is expected to be able to provide technical support and documentation for product development, sales, and marketing activities. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Product Specialist to join our company. A Product Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing our products to support our existing and new business models. He/she will be also responsible for executing the product development process while collaborating with our product development team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
