REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Management or Business
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in management or a similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
- Excellent in verbal and written English, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent math and computational ability
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
- Support supply chain projects and ensure the execution with feedback for improving operation efficiency
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals.
- Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments of the organization.
- Aiding in developing and instituting policies, performance goals, and objectives.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Provide administrative support (eg. Operations report & meeting minutes).
- Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
- Traveling to site offices and participating in daily operations as required.
