REQUIREMENTS
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in economics/engineering, preferably specialized in sales and marketing. Degrees in other fields are welcome
- Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction preferred
- Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook etc
- Good attitude and shows responsibility
- Understanding of production and marketing techniques, including production processes and sales analysis
- Able to work under pressure
- Good in spoken and written English is a must, Good in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Lobam, Bintan Kepulauan Riau
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team to handle the related documents received from field sales.
- Maintain tracking of incoming sales and delivered units.
- Review Order Confirmations from Order Processing and send updates to customers on the order details and scheduling.
- Liaise with Production to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; and suggesting improved methods and techniques.
- Consolidate respective sale documents to pass to Accounts Department upon successful delivery, installation and commissioning.
- Manage and organize sales documents.
- Meet ISO Objective comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquire about products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer’s complaints.
- Co-ordinate order processing and shipment of goods.
- Help customer to decide what type of products would best suit their needs together with product specialist.Keuntungan
